Booking a treatment
The first step is to talk with one of our consultants, who will help you to choose
the most suitable treatment.
We advise booking before your arrival at the resort.
Arriving at the Spa: We advise you to arrive at least 5-10 minutes before the first appointment.
Arriving late means reducing your time at the spa. Treatments will finish at
the established time in order that later appointments may be punctual.
How to dress: Guests will find the garments necessary for the treatment in their hotel
room or in the spa. For some treatments it is advisable to remove all clothing.
Our professional therapists will make you feel quite at ease. Bathing costumes
are not included in the kit so we suggest you bring one with you or you can buy
one in our boutique.
Cancelling appointments: We ask guests to please cancel appointments at least 24 hours prior to the
appointment time; after this deadline the cost of the treatment will be charged.
Doctor’s advice: Our medical staff for health consultations related to treatments will provide
you with valuable advice which will personalise your wellness or therapeutic treatments.
Relaxation: Silence helps us to relax. Please turn off your cell phones and speak softly
in the public areas.
Sun: Before taking the sun after a treatment we advise you to ask the advice of
a therapist.
Preferences: With regard to temperatures, the choice of music and the pressure of the
massage please let the therapist know what you like so that the time you spend
with us will be even more special.
Gift vouchers: Give a gift of wellness to your near and dear ones. You can buy gift vouchers
which you can deliver yourselves or we can send for you.
Spa boutique: To prolong your enjoyment at home you can purchase the Comfort Zone cosmetic
products which are used for the treatments and other articles in our Spa boutique.
